New Boutique Pool Villa Sequoia Close to Rawai and Naiharn Beach

Nice spacious villa but you need a car/taxi to restaurants beaches and shops

Pros: Nice modern villa with lots of space, furnished to a high standard. Good sized pool and outdoor area.

Cons: I was added to a what’s app group with staff, someone said they would meet me on arrival for check in. We arrived and no one was at the property, luckily I managed to get some internet to message then I was told it was self check in. If I didn’t have internet I would have never received the message which would have left us standing in the heat with a young baby, not a good start to the booking. Similarly there was miscommunication on check out and I had to repeat messages. There should just be one person that messages guests not a group, things get missed and it’s confusing.

Great accomodation, great stay🤩

Pros: The property is beautiful and modern. Location is also good as you have around everything you needed from fancy coffee shop to barbershop, 7eleven, etc. I would like to mention that for our 2 weeks stay we only paid 1800 THB for electricity which is very much decent. So if you pay attention to not leave the A/C or the lights on forever, you will pay just as much as you would pay back at home. Everything was great, we got towels, cleaning, there was a broom and also dishwasher detergent (some comments said they were missing). I would definitely come back!

Pros: If you looking for a nice to stay in Rawai, it’s as good as it gets for the money

Cons: The only thing that the villa was missing good outside seating, to be in keeping with everything else that villa has to offer, one cheap uncomfortable chair is not ideal, but hopefully the owner is the process of buying a new set.

Pros: Quiet and peaceful and the Villa was really nice, very comfortable. Beautiful pool was great for the kids.

Rawai.. quiet villa

Pros: Beautiful property, pool and inside very comfortable.. quiet area .. was more expensive for us as there was just two of us.. good value for two couple's..

Cons: Booked for 4 nights and was allowed to cancel via booking.com before the 7th which I requested to change the booking to 3 nights, didn't hear back from either booking or the villa staff until the next day, conveniently this was too late to change / cancel..

Location top a rawai

Pros: La via si trova vicino il mingo mare in un posto tranquillo Bella e gradevole la struttura. Camere spaziose. Spazi comuni ottimali per due coppie. Piscina top

Cons: C’era cattivo odore nei bagni

Toller Pool

Pros: Wir hatten unraprünglich diese Villa gebucht, aber aufgrund von Starkregen mussten wir eine andere Villa bekommen, es wurde sofort für uns gesorgt, toller Service, der Pool war absolut traumhaft und es war eine sehr ruhige Lage

Cons: Die Möbel waren leider schon sehr abgenutzt

Pros: Moderni šiuolaikiška vila, labai ramioje vietoje. Tačiau būtina turėti savo transporto priemonę - toli eiti peščiomis iki parduotuvių, restoranų, paplūdimio. Bet visumoje vila patiko - veikė visa virtuvės įranga, puikiai dirbo kondicionieriai, patalynė, rankšluosčiai buvo labai geros būklės - tikrai rekomenduoju

Cons: Nepakankamai gera vadybininkų komunikacija, jeigu kažko klausi ar prašai išspręsti nedidelę problemą. Mokestis už elektrą pasirodė per didelis, daugiau nei 10€ per parą.
