Nenuphar Villa by G Estate

Overall - It was wonderful. We provided feedback privately and it was graciously dealt with.

Pros: The property was very nice, in regards to layout and amenities. Lovely atmosphere by the pool and pool itself was a lovely size, design and configuration.

Cons: Attention to detail in cleanliness in certain places and whether things were functioning properly. The property has substantial amenities, but it is looking a touch tired in places, some of the furniture and fixings are quite worn. However - The friendly and fast, professionally set up team made up for any shortcomings.

Little piece of paradise

Pros: The villa is exceptionally clean with beautiful outdoor showers and pristine pool. The bedrooms were a good size and beds comfortable. We were greeted by Pui who was lovely and explained everything very well. We would recommend having own transport as the villa is a little from way from rawai beach and was good to be able to be self sufficient. Very tranquil area with few tourists which made our stay perfect. We would come back again!

Cons: The pillows were not great. Very lumpy and no choices of level of comfort. We were a bit surprised by the deposit for electricity as this was not clear on booking.com. Pui was very upfront with charges explaining most people use 200 units a day at 6 bhat per unit. We did not use air-conditioning and we were very careful with lights, fans etc so kept the cost down. All in all not much to complain about, the property is lovely

Pros: 感谢能住在这么漂亮舒服的房子里，让我们在普吉岛的三周假期过的如此的愉快惬意，我和我的朋友还有孩子们都非常满意。我们是来参加国际学校的夏令营，孩子们放学回来就会去游泳，泳池的水非常干净，别墅每周会有两次打扫卫生，一次泳池清理，一次院子植物整理。感谢认识房东一家，为我们后面两周的生活提供了很多帮助。我们还参观了房东的另外两套别墅，同样非常美：其中家具，装饰画，台灯等等布置的非常有品味，非常用心。厨具，餐盘，杯子也一应俱全。我们希望明年还能再来。 另外如果住在这里租车是很方便的，一定不要忘记带国际驾照。

Cons: 泳池灯可以设置早点关闭，比如十点左右就可以关掉了，因为我们睡觉比较早，要把窗帘拉的非常严实，不透出一点泳池的光，才能睡着。
