Beatiful quiet place, but no real beach
Pros: The villas are amazing. Every detail matches the overall style perfectly. The staff is very nice, the breakfast is delicious, and the place is very quiet.
Cons: The beach was disappointing. It was either mud or muddy water, so you couldn't bathe there. Also, the location wasn't great. It wasn't easy to get to the restaurant or go for a walk.

Pros: So relaxing, food is good. Also lots of little eateries on main road and a few other bars also further down the beach to eat at. For outings there are pick ups and staff can recommend drivers of use Grab app. Would definitely come back. One of the nicest most relaxing stays we’ve had in Thailand.

Unique awesome Thai royal treatment for guests
Pros: The location is phenomenal. The beach is in front of the resort with amazing views of the Andaman Sea and islands. The traditional style villas have Thai history and furniture that immerses you in their culture. The pool was pleasant and the gardens just beautiful. The outdoor seating in front of the private chambers had very comfortable chaiselongs and loveseats from the past era. There are many beautiful statues of deities from Thai culture. The restaurant on site is modern providing excellent service, food and drinks. Staff was very friendly helpful and discreet. A very quiet atmosphere for relaxing is ensured.
Cons: Everything was perfect. I felt very special at the Royal Thai Villa.

Absolutely beautiful Thai Style Villa in peaceful surroundings
Pros: Rarely have I spent as long taking pictures of a hotel room and its surroundings - they both were the prettiest I had ever seen and the attention to detail was incredible! When staying in a big hotel complex decorated in a modern Western fashion, you could basically be anywhere in the world. Not here. We appreciated every single bit of our Villa Chiang Mai's traditional Thai style from the teak furniture to the patterned bathroom tiles and the bathtub with a view. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and the water was refreshingly cool even on the hottest days. The location might not be for everyone, but it was perfect for us - it gave us an opportunity to enjoy kitesurfing, sightseeing and relaxing. It feels surprisingly calm and secluded despite the proximity of a busy road. An excellent and very memorable stay!

Wonderful
Pros: The decoration of the garden, reception and room is gorgeous. You experience Thai culture just being there. Beachfront. Spacious room.
Cons: It would be great to have a fitness center. Yet I do understand this is a boutique hotel so not much spaces for it. I solved the problem going to a close by hotel paying 500 THB to use the gym.

Amazing vibe but too expensive
Pros: I loved the villas! We had Villa Chiang Mai, which was newly renovated in Jan 2022 and you could see it was all brand new, super clean I loved the huge bathroom and in general the space in house. The ambiance is amazing, they have an immaculate attention to detail and you do feel royal anywhere on the property. They offer a mosquito gadget and spray They have massage service and OMG the coconut oil massage is divine!! Me and my boyfriend had it twice. The air conditioning is brand new, super quiet And doesn't blow on the bed which is amazing! They offer all toiletries, robes, flipflops, extra beach towels, 3 shower towels per person, complimentary water every day. On the first day we got a free plate of fruit. It was picobello clean and the bed was very comfortable. When you get a chance to talk to the staff, they are friendly and helpful and really try to accommodate you.
Cons: The reception is mostly empty so it is quite difficult to get someone to ask questions, check-in is only until 10 pm then the main door closes (they were nice enough to wait for us until 12 am since our flight had 3h delay...) - you can enter after 10 pm after getting your key. The restaurant closes at 8 pm and doesn't have fresh food (all frozen and then prepared freshly when ordered) - this bothered a lot since a 4 star hotel should offer better quality food and be open until 10 pm... The breakfast is only either eggs with toast OR rice and yogurt with granola, it is NOT a buffet. This brothered me the most, since the place is really expensive, they could offer a small buffet and let people choose what they want to eat and how much... While hanging out at the pool, there is no drinks service, you have to go inside the restaurant to place the drinks order. I believe they should improve the service and breakfast for the price they ask....

Natural beauty
Pros: Great location; off the main road and quiet, grounds were well kept and everything was well maintained, the Owner and staff were all exceptional and very friendly. The place was very natural with trees and animals all around, while this may not be for everyone, it suited me perfectly, some truly beautiful mornings and evenings here. Will definitely return.
Cons: Nothing.
