Fantastic Villa
Pros: We stayed at Villa Paradise Island for a week at the beginning of February. The villa was fantastic with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We had a few minor niggles which were fixed promptly. The pool was south facing and was perfect with ample sunbeds/seating areas. The host, JP, was very attentive and answered any questions promptly. I think it would be helpful to have a guide about the local area and how things worked in the villa. There is a large supermarket within a 3 minute walk which was very handy (cash only).
Cons: Whilst the villa was great, we did not think much of the immediate area outside/Rawai. If you had a moped or car then this would be fine. However, if you were getting around on foot as we were, there were few pathways and it was very dangerous walking on the busy roads to restaurants, bars etc. There were no passing taxis or songthaews as in other Thai resorts we have been to. This is no reflection on the villa itself which was great.

Pros: It was just my wife and I staying at the property, but it will comfortably accommodate 6 people. Its like home from home, with personal touches that make all the difference. We loved all of the tropical plants around the property. The pool is just long and deep enough to dive into and is lush for morning and nighttime dips and cooling down during the day. John Pierre is an excellent host. There is a large supermarket less than 5 minutes' walk away with all that you need. There are many restaurants in the location and its not too far at all to walk to the pier area, which we did several times. We would highly recommend this property and excellent value if there are 6 people sharing the cost.
Cons: We noticed the beds were very firm apart from one. Of course, this is personal preference. There is nothing we didnt like about this lovely accommodation.

Fantastic villa, pool and host. 1000% recommend.
Pros: The entire property is in excellent condition and the pool in particular is fantastic. We stayed as a family of six; ages ranging from 11 months to 75 years and it was great for everyone. A rare example of the property actually being better than the pictures! JP the host was excellent and extremely helpful. Our son got scratched by a cat and JP went back to the restaurant after we left to check on the cat’s status > incredibly kind and helpful.
Cons: Nothing it is great.

Pros: Too many fantastic things to mention about this accommodation!! It's an absolute paradise everything is state of the art and absolutely SPOTLESS!! this villa is a HUGE part of the beautiful memories we made on our trip to Thailand 🇹🇭, and jp the villa owner so kind and thoughtful happy to help in any way he can! An absolute gentleman!! 🙏😊 Will 100% be returning for a longer stay at villa paradise island!! Thank you again for a fantastic time!

Fantastic Villa in a great location with a great host!
Pros: The villa is great, well equipped with everything you need like washing machine, refrigerator/ freezer, cooking equipment, hairdryers etc. The villa is spotless with some toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. The swimming pool is south facing so gets the sun all day. The villa is in a great location with restaurants and supermarket all within walking distance. The villa is in a secure and private compound. Jean-Pierre the owner was the perfect host who is very polite and very helpful with lots of contacts (for car or scooter hire) and restaurant recommendations, the perfect host!

Pros: This property was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The space was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The private pool, terrace, and garden views made it feel peaceful and secluded, while the interior was spacious, modern, and well maintained. Having a full kitchen, private entrance, and all the extra amenities truly made it feel like a home away from home. The host was exceptional — very communicative, extremely kind, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free thanks to their attentiveness and hospitality. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a great overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again!
Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this property — everything was amazing. From the comfort and cleanliness to the amenities and overall atmosphere, it exceeded all expectations
