lovely place but away from shops and restaurants so transport essential.

Pros: spacious inside plus private as gated property with a secluded back garden. nice pool plus the outdoor terrace was also useful.

Cons: you need transport to go anywhere and Rawai beach is quiet so we ordered mopeds to go places. no decent restaurants to eat near by. Quite a few working girls in the bars close to the villa so we didn’t go in as we had children with us. generally good and quiet neighbourhood though with lovely villas around. no taxis or tuks tuks around.
