Un posto tranquillo dove staccare dalla ressa dei turisti

Pros: Una casa indipendente su 4 lati, dotata di una grande piscina e un bel parco ben curato. La posizione è abbastanza vicina alla strada principale per poter raggiungere ristoranti o minimarket a piedi ma sufficientemente lontana per non risentire del rumore del traffico.

Cons: Il vicino cantiere non consente di godere della privacy che il giardino e la piscina meriterebbero. Il parcheggio per l'auto è troppo piccolo e costringe ad entrare in retromarcia. Le veneziane ai vetri consentono soltanto una sommaria schermatura dal sole ma non consentono di fare completamente buio per dormire.
