3BR Villa Marine with Private Pool

Overall very happy with the stay the villa was clean we had the cleaners in every 4 days, short disctance in car/mop

Pros: The villa was beautiful in a good location clean and easily accessible

Cons: I have asked the staff twice to sort out the hot water in the bathrooms as we didnt have any and it never got fixed but overall that didnt ruin our holiday

Pros: It was a perfect villa, absolutely exceptional. Met all our needs and had a fantastic time.

Highly recommended, great value for money, surrounded by a choice of great restaurants and bars

Pros: A beautiful and secure property offering everything you could need, everything was well presented, clean and in really good order.

Cons: The location is good, but the road taking you from the Main Street is dimly lit, so if you don’t have transport, walking can be a bit intimidating. Having said that, it is a residential area of high quality villas and we didn’t encounter any problems (other than a very large lizard walking towards us down the road one night!)

Great Villa , just shocked by cost electricity - put a downer on the stay.

Pros: Property was great. Pictures show the Villa as is. Great pool, well laid out floor plan of building. Great staff, great service.

Cons: Our electricity bill equated to $650.00. Absolute shock on checking out. 12,500baht. The A/C's didnt appear to operate functionality, fridge froze items in fridge. Plenty of warnings about electricity costs in the villa - just be aware.

Very satisfied, would definitely return.

Pros: All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and open directly to the pool, had a great day at the Monster Fishing Park, right next door.

Cons: The electricity cost was 2,000 THB for three days and this seemed high, however, we were only two people, if three couples were staying, it would not be noticeable.

Superb value for money!

Pros: Really beautiful & well-maintained villa. One of the best pools I've personally experienced in villas - gets direct sunlight so isn't too cold and is properly deep. Staff was lovely.

Cons: We didn't have hot water during our stay, though it was warm enough so we didn't complain.

Pros: La propreté de la villa, ainsi que ses équipements ( piscine et terrasse)

Cons: Quelques defauts mais rien de mechant

Вилла не первой свежести, кое-где требуется ремонт, но, если не придираться к мелочам, вполне хороший вариант размещения

Pros: Удобное расположение на тихой улице. поблизости магазин 7/11 и 3 кафе. По воскресеньям и средам - продуктовый рынок. До пляжа Найхарн минут 10-15 на автомобиле.

Cons: 1) Общее впечатление было испорчено в последний день счетом за электроэнергию на 14000 бат. По показаниям счетчика за 18 дней мы израсходовали 2000 кВт. Это просто нереально! Рекомендую управляющей компании разобраться с этим. 2) Не работал водопад и гидромассаж в бассейне. Но это не столь важно. 3) Необходимо заменить сковороды и кастрюли.
