Great option for families or groups who value the space and comfort of a modern house with a pool

Pros: It’s a new house with a modern design and a private pool, located inside a gated condo, everything about it is really lovely.

Cons: We had an issue with the water pressure every morning during the four days we stayed. Until around 8:30 a.m. there was basically no water, and the property manager didn’t know what was causing it, which definitely takes points away from the house. Also, the master bedroom has a design flaw: there’s no door separating the toilet area from the bedroom. It looks nice from a design perspective, but it’s not practical at all, there’s zero privacy and you can’t use the bathroom comfortably. Lastly, it gets very hot. The house has enough air conditioning units, but two large ceiling units weren’t cooling properly. Another thing that could be improved is the payment process: they ask for cash, including the security deposit, which forces you to meet the property manager at check-out to get the deposit back.
