Just awesome!

Pros: The villa is huge and great for our group of 10. This is a lived in villa so the kitchen facilities are amazing and made me feel like I'm cooking in my own kitchen. The other facilities, such as washing machine, water filter, dishwasher are also available. Large garden, en suite bathrooms, balconies are all wonderful. As this is a lived in house, we respect their home and their personal items. Communication with the owner and housekeeper are smooth and easy. By the way, Grab delivery and Grab transport is also easy. Location is great as it is inappropriate quiet cul de sac away from the busy-ness but not too far by Grab taxi (about 200baht) to the nearest Laguna/Bang Tao beach and Bang Tao town. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing. All good. Recommend hiring a scooter to do the short run to the nearby 7 Eleven and mini mart. It is walkable (15 mins max) but a scooter is helpful on lazy days.
