Pros: 优点：别墅的装修和环境非常好，刚刚装修好的房子，设施齐全，到处都是非常新，打理的也非常干净，Wifi 速度很快。延迟了一会退房管家态度也很好。

Cons: 缺点：最近的 711 需要 1.4km，周边什么都没有。房东不太喜欢回消息，没有客房打扫服务。建议租辆车才能解锁这栋房的完全体。
