Baan Saint-Tropez Seaview Villas Kata Beach

Pros: The accommodation was excellent and we were very comfortable there. Close to town but far enough away to be peaceful. Our host, Patchalita was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She was attentive, friendly and wonderfully helpful.

Pros: We really enjoyed our time when we stay here. Although it was only a day, the entire living process went very smoothly. The staff were very friendly and patiently helped us. The house was also very clean and tidy, suitable for people who like quietness and just want enjoy the day.

Cons: The villa is located on a hillside. Need to climb a slope then after that also need another 10 minutes to reach the 711 or restaurant. However, the staff will provide motorcycle rental services, so that’s not a big problem.

Pros: Everything! Patchalita was such an attentive and funny host. The place was gorgous and we loved our private pool. We ordered the salad for brekky (twice in a row). It was so darn nice! We felt properly spoiled and was the perfect way to start our honeymoon. We went to nearby street restaurants (about 10 minute walk away) and the food was so good!

Pros: Beautiful property .. everything we needed.. quiet and peaceful, getting away from the busy Kata … staff were amazing

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like about the property.. however, reading negative reviews about the steep incline up to property - I am a 57 year old man with dodgy knees & I found it no problem at all…!

Pros: The host was so friendly and really proactive - messaging prior to check if we need any transfers etc. It is super clean and the cleaners do an amazing job each day, going above and beyond, doing your washing every day if you wish. We loved the view from the pool. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Cons: The plumbing is slightly smelly - with a good spray each day it is fine!

A small cozy house with everything that you would need, suitable for both short and long term stays

Pros: The house is located in a quiet area of Kata, but still at a walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the town (~15 min). Still, your best bet is to rent a scooter to get around. Even our flight was delayed, the host was kind to wait for us until late in the night to check us in. Also, she was really responsive, helpful and friendly, always being there to help us with all of our needs. The house is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail, and really clean. The cleaning ladies were also really kind and polite. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking. Also, the jacuzzi was also so inviting, with the water having a perfect temperature.

Cons: A bit pricey, but the quality of the service and great amenities makes up for that.

Pros: It is up a hill, but worth the walk. £5 for a taxi up the hill, lovely walk down.
