Lovely large villa, clean and with a fabulous pool

Pros: We liked the fact the villa was out of town as it was quiet during the day and in the evening. It was well-equipped, clean and the extra charge for water and electric made sense as it was so large. in the end it was only around £25 for six days. The pool area is fantastic and villa big enough for our Christmas day meal and games after.

Cons: Nearest shop a good ten minute walk away and be aware there is a cleaning fee...though we got a mid-stay clean, which was nice

Pros: The villa had everything we needed. It was very spacious clean and well maintained. The pool area was not very busy during our say it almost felt like it was our own. The location of the villa was within easy walking distance to the local shops bars and restaurants. Also the beach is a twenty minute walk away. We had an amazing and relaxed time.

Loved it

Pros: We loved our stay in this Villa, it was spotless clean with loads of space for the 4 of us with the pool right outside the front door. We knew it was a little away from the town, we had a car so it wasn't an issue fir us, if you don't have a car just order a bolt taxi on the bolt app at around 160 baht to the town. As for the electricity and water costs , it was for us about 200baht a day and considering the value of the villa compared hotels in the town is very little extra. If you have a family you really appreciate the extra space

Perfect stay with family

Pros: The villa is clean, comfortable, furniture and equipment is new, well maintained. Assistance on site was great - for check in and check out, cleaning or little things we needed. The pool, long enough to swim, and nice addition to play with the kids

Cons: Not a big deal but ideally, if anything could be added.. a dishwasher 😀. Nothing else!

Pros: The villa is very beautiful and very well maintained and clean. The equipment is top with IPTV in the living room, washing machine and TV in each bedroom. The village with the swimming pool is superb with a very good atmosphere. Handing over the keys the staff are really very friendly and welcoming. Kamala beach is magnificent and 5 minutes from the villa.

Pros: Spacious and peaceful house in a quiet part of Kamala. The property was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
