Pros: The property was brilliantly located at the top of the beach. The facilities were very nice and the property was very clean throughout.

A great place overall, clean, great location and very attentive staff.

Pros: Great location, and very attentive host. When the local authorities cut off water, our host arranged a water delivery at 9:30pm on our last night. Great service.

Cons: One of the downstairs bed frames had been previously been broken and very shoddily repaired so my son was sleeping on a weird angle the whole stay. The beds are very firm.

The whole family were happy and that is always an effort.

Pros: roof top bacony was fantastic,view was good. Walking distance to beach and local shops was 1- 5 min depedning on what you needed.It was all within walking distance.Beds were comfy and all appliances worked well.

Cons: was on main road (local) not highway or anything.

Pros: The property was beautiful and very well decorated with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms and all the cooking facilities you would need.

Cons: The house is on a very busy and loud road so we often got woken up through the night. The kids room is on the basement floor but the adult rooms are on the third floor which meant we couldn't hear our kids in the night. Pros: Great location, near enough to walk a few minutes to shops and slightly secluded to break away from the noisy town nightlife

Ideal if you want to do your own thing - lots of stairs.

Pros: The kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy to cook our own meals. The air conditioning was very effective and we lover the roof top area where we could lie in the sun and chill out. The Bua Restaurant is just across the road and their food and cocktails were awesome. The pool table was great and the swimming pool lovely to cool down in. The 7-11 and Big C supermarket is close by to shop for ingredients. It is not in the busiest tourist area - still close enough to the beach to walk.

Cons: The property is located on a very busy, very noisy road. The bedroom with two single beds are located downstairs in the basement (as is the pool table), and not suitable for people with young children. The gate tot the road does not lock - no one came in, but it does make one feel a bit vulnerable. There was no complimentary coffee/tea/sugar etc provided, which would be nice to know beforehand so you can prepare.

Great family apartment in a good location

Pros: Great location, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and laundromat was across the road. Fantastic restaurant across the road also with live music and authentic Thai food. The apartment was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children staying and there was enough room for us all with bathrooms for each room. Air conditioning worked well to cool the rooms down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The stairs, but it was fine. It wouldn't be good for the elderly though.

Fabulous villa.

Pros: We loved everything about this villa and the location. It was so spacious for a family of six and we were sad to leave. Our host was very accommodating and she always replied quickly via WhatsApp. We very much appreciated the fact that she was able to let us check in early as our 1 year old grandson had flown from NZ. And it is only 1 minute walk to the beach with a taxi rank opposite the villa 😊

Cons: Having to leave 😢
