Himmapana Villas - Hills

Amazing villa!

Pros: Amazing customer service, great private chef service, and overall an outstanding villa to stay in. This accomodation was one of the highlights of our trip - will definitely be back in the future.

Cons: Quieter location that is a bit of a drive (15-20 mins) to main areas like Patong Beach, but nothing too inconvenient.

Pros: The location and cleanliness of the villa was very good. Helpful and friendly staff. Free short distance shuttle bus. The balcony and pool area are excellent for relaxing when you want to stay outdoors. A well equipped kitchen if you like to prepare your food by yourself.

Cons: Could consider e-vehicles for staff to reduce noise during daily maintenance.

Pros: Overall stay was excellent. The villa was clean, the management were available to answer any questions all the time instantly.

Pros: The villa is beautiful and comfortable for us! The swimming pool’s orientation always has sunlight beaming in it which was super delightful. The TVs in the bedrooms are fixed at an angle on the ceiling which was quirky at first but very nice to watch movies whilst resting on the bed! The decor of the villas is contemporary, modern and comfortable! The staff were pleasant, proactive and helpful especially with the prompt whatsapp replies. Super big balconies and one of the en-suites has a bathtub which is great.

Cons: The hilly location might be tricky when ordering Gra#/Bol# transport or food (depends on which Phase of the Himmpana Villa Block you stay at) because the drivers most often went to the different Villa company at the back of our villa which is on a totally different road. The Map app does not show the path to our villa. The solution to this is to mark the Himmapana’s closest Reception office as my Villa’s location and supplement with Thai exact address in the ‘messages’ to the drivers. This process is very taxing for me when I had to juggle Google translate within a short time whilst most drivers got it wrong initially. Another thing is that the housekeeping team’s professional level is that of mediocre part-time residential cleaners’ level rather than hotel level. Needs more attention to detail and finesse. I washed all the plates after dinner and they were in the rack. But after coming back to the villa at the end of the day, the drying rack was still full of those plates and the crockery was not placed to its original cupboards.

Amazing villas and great staff

Pros: The staff were friendly and the villas are amazing!

Cons: I had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning in the main bedroom, and the beds were a little on the hard side, which isn't my preference

Pros: The villa was amazing, very clean and had a great view. The staff were amazing and made check in and check out easy. The staff provided fantastic support for the duration of stay.

Cons: 1- The hotel location should be clearly marked on Google Maps, and clear directions to the hotel should be provided. 2- The hotel staff should be taught English. 3- The taxi company contracted with should be re-evaluated, as I dealt with a disrespectful driver who took me to the airport.

Pros: Villa was amazing and stuff was very helpfull. Everything like in the pictures! 100% come back. Huge recommendations.
