บ้านพักมีความเป็นส่วนตัว สะดวกสบาย เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน แต่ต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว

Pros: -ค่อนข้างเป็นส่วนตัว สงบและร่มรื่น -ประตูบ้านเป็นแบบรีโมท สะดวกในการขับรถเข้า-ออกบ้าน -มีพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย ดูแล 24 ช.ม. -สระว่ายน้ำมีส่วนของจากุชชี่ให้นั่ง -พื้นที่เป็นสัดส่วน ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างใหญ่ -อุปกรณ์ เครื่องครัวให้ค่อนข้างครบ ทั้งไมโครเวฟ ตู้เย็น จาน ชาม ช้อน ส้อม -ผู้ดูแลที่พัก อัธยาศัยดี

Cons: -ที่ตั้งของบ้านพักค่อนข้างลึกจากถนนใหญ่ แต่ในถนนรองยังมีร้านสะดวกซื้อและร้านค้าให้บริการ -บริเวณประตูจากห้องรับแขกไปที่สระว่ายน้ำ ไม่มีม่านทึบ -บริเวณห้องนอนรองต้องเดินออกไปนอกชายคา เสียดายการออกแบบน่าจะทำให้เดินจากอาคารหลักไปได้เลย (ต้องเดินผ่านสนามหญ้าและสระว่ายน้ำ) -ไม่ติดทะเล -โทรทัศน์ สัญญาณรับภาพไม่ชัดในบางช่อง
