Amazing short trip at the villa!

Pros: Easy communication, the aircond was not working in the small room due to power trip but they came and fix it while we were away for dinner and came back to it fixed. Kitchen was fully equipped and all appliances work. Very nice with personal pool as well. Very clean villa.

Cons: Would be nice to have basic amenities readily available. Our place does not come with toothbrushes.

quiet and privacy

Pros: We ended a long vacation with this beautiful villa – a perfect choice for those seeking peace, privacy, and comfort. The villa has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a yard, terraces, and the highlight: a spotlessly clean swimming pool. Everything was extremely clean, modern, and smelled great. It truly felt like home. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main attractions like Porto Phuket or the beach – but that’s exactly what we wanted: quiet and privacy. We loved it so much that we even asked if it was for sale – unfortunately, it’s not.

Nice place with nice people and house has good vibe

Pros: Nice house with outdior shower and pool. Comfortable and clean rooms, looks fresh. Check in and check out went smoothly.

Cons: There where not enough dishes for 6 persones. There was only 1 small loundry hanger, we really missed bigger or more of them. Pictures on the Booking.com didn’t add up villa what we cot. All other things are accetable, not the one which matters the most are pictures on the booking site! We specifically booked the biggest villa (we checked pictures) but we got probably the smallest one.

Pros: Absolutely amazing villa, perfect for family, great location and very safe. Will definitely be coming be back.

Cons: I think the area generally has bugs like little ants on the tables etc but could do a better job with that issue in my opinion. Also they charge for electricity which I've know come to find out isn't technically allowed on short stay and is 5x the government rate.

Pros: The house was clean and spacious. The location was good as it was close to town.

Pros: Удобная симпатичная вилла, имеется все необходимое, в пешей доступности Panorama Market и 7/11, хороший персонал, помогли с доставкой заказа из Бангкока, арендой машины и со всеми возникающими вопросами

Cons: Удаленность от пляжа, мы к этому были готовы, и понимали что нужна будет машина для поездок на пляж, но к таким пробкам мы были не готовы, но это скорее минус не виллы, а активной застройки всего острова

Great holiday and stay, would recommend, if booking the villa check it has all appliances.

Pros: Lovely villa and we had a great time staying there for 3 weeks. Well serviced and looked after and the Pool was great.

Cons: Our friend's villa had a dishwasher and tumble dryer and our villa did not which was disappointing. Also the gym in our community had broken equipment and we were not able to use gyms in the other community even though our friends were staying there. This was a shame.

Nice and good

Pros: Big and comfortable rooms with nice pool. Near to airport

Cons: No welcoming complementary. High price. In booking it showed around 6000 Bht, but there were charges reached over 11,000 Bht. So checkout before you pay the email you will receive about payment

Pros: الهدوء و الامان في المجمع السكني وشراحه الفيلا و جمال المسبح.

Cons: تم دفع رسوم النظافه في بوكينق ولم يتم التنظيف وقبل اليوم الاخير تم التواصل معهم من قبلي لمعرفه موعد الخروج ليوم غدا ً ، وبعدها اشعارهم انه تم السكن في الفيلا ثلاث ايام ولم يتم التنظيف وافادوني انه اذا رغبت يتم التنظيف الان وتم اخبارهم ان غداً خروحي فلا احتاح التنظيف حاليا لان خروحي غداً . وكذلك اخذ رسوم للكهرباء .

Pros: جميلة للي يبغى استجمام اخر اقامته في بوكيت و قريب منها بقالة 7/11

Cons: لا شي
