Great big Villa’s in a wonderful spot

Pros: Amazing villa’s just a short stroll to Bang Tao beach.. great restaurants near by and the staff are great

Great Villa, but not really suitable with young kids

Pros: The rooms were nice and big, plus each having it's own bathroom was such a bonus. The two upstairs had deep baths and balconies - great for relaxing. The airco worked exceptionally well in all areas which was such a relief in the heat. We arrived quite late after reception was closed and it was no hassle getting our keys to the villa from security on site. Great communication from the staff, who were more than happy to answer all questions (using whatsapp which SO handy!). Having the pool was a blessing to cool off in the heat - especially after a day of activities and in the evening. It was a short taxi or tuktuk ride to the supermarket, night market, beach, etc so location wise was reasonable.

Cons: We had two young kids (2 and 4) so the layout wasn't the best for us. The stairs were quite steep without rails to hold onto and no way to keep them off of them. The sliding doors locked but super easy for our 4 year old to open, and without a fence around the pool, it was constant monitoring so not quite as relaxing as we thought it would be. The stove top was annoying because the labels were rubbed of and two of the elements didn't work as well, so the one time I tried to cook for the kids was a bust. We also needed a bigger bin or an extra one because the small bin was not enough for 8 people.
