The Residence Villa 203

Lovely villa, great pool, security good too

Pros: The villa was stunning! Not the greatest location but to be fair it was only a 15 min walk to the beach or a 10 min walk to shops.

Cons: We only received clean towels once in our week there, we were a family of 6, thought the towels could have been freshed at least twice in our week.

Pros: This villa is great for families. We travelled with family who had 2 children so the layout worked very nicely with the master bedroom upstairs. The pool was fabulous and always remained a pleasant temperature.

Cons: The villa wasn’t cleaned 100%. The upstairs balcony wasn’t cleaned at all even though they had messaged to say the cleaners would come back and clean it. The ice tray and fridge drawers were broken or loose. The sun loungers were also quite uncomfortable. There were no cushions as per photos and one had a big metal bar across the bottom of it. I would suggest adding a small table outside downstairs too for people to enjoy.

Pros: Отличное место для семейного отдыха. Хозяин встретил в самой вилле, показал всё и рассказал, как всем пользоваться. Мы уже проживали несколько раз в The Residence Villa, только в других виллах - эта понравилась больше всех. По итогу даже электричество вышло со скидкой. Всем остались довольны.

Pros: Очень понравилось что хозяин был крайне внимателен ко всем просьбам и всегда реагировал на них и решал любые вопросы которые возникали.

Cons: Качество уборки , можно её повысить .

Paradise + fancy

Pros: It was one of the fanciest stay in Phuket and I would do it again and again . They host was amazing very helpful and understandable.

Cons: Nothing at all and I mean nothing .
