Pros: La tranquillité du lieu. Propriétaire qui sait se faire très discret mais répond rapidement en cas de souci. 2 mosquée à proximité, une à 180m et l'autre à 400m avec adhan audible depuis l'extérieur. Beaucoup de commerces halal tout autour. Le top serait d être véhiculé ou au moins un scooter. Je reviendrai ici sans hésiter.
