Fantastic experience. Am definitely going back for at least a few days or even a Month if possible.

Pros: Location location location Beautiful design and peaceful Staff and service was superb Extremely well maintained

Cons: Actually nothing.

Pros: The location on the most stunning beach with crystal clear water was amazing! The staff were lovely and the room was nice. We loved laying on the sun lounges and swimming in the stunning water.

Cons: This was nothing to do with The Racha, but the other guests were annoying, they seemed to book the location just to take photos, some seemed to be addicted to taking selfies and doing photo shoots, which took away from the beautiful atmosphere. The floating jetty to get on and off the island was a bit unsafe, I’d be very careful if you are older and less mobile, as many people fell over when waves came through.

A nice place to take time out and relax

Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel beach was windy and had big waves, so we couldn't swim, but a short walk to the other side of the island is also a good beach and nice sea. It was not the hotel's fault that the weather was bad.

EXCEPTIONAL

Pros: From The moment we reached chalong Lounge on Phuket Mianland, the experience felt seamless and indulgent. The staff greeted us well. The Torquoise water and white sand beach that greeted us were even more beautiful than the photos. our pool villa was spacious, spotlessly clean. Dining was exceptional with authentic Thai flavours. Spa experience was amazing. overall, The Racha Exceeded every expectation, Its a dreamy destination for couples and Family.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect for a relaxing family vacation

Pros: Amazingly clean beach for Thailand. Friendly and helpful staff. Peace and solitude. In villa BBQ was a great experience. Large, clean private pool. Arrival lounge was comfortable. Breakfast had great choices. Lovely room service attendants. Modern application for information and ordering. Environmentally friendly / sustainable methodologies.

Cons: Shower in main bathroom could be better quality. Generally the decor was reasonably dated - meaning the fit out was luxurious 10+ years ago. Activities are significantly overpriced compared with commercial options in Phuket.

Pros: Khun Oh and Khun Ball at the Padi dive center are absolutely great! Fantastic with our teenagers, funny, great service and always willing to go the extra mile (night dives with boat at the wrecks). They took great photos, too. Go diving with them if you can!

Cons: The GM should instruct the staff to collect plastic waste from the beach at least once better twice a day. They sell Maldives feeling but the beach is full of plastic waste.

Absolutely incredible resort and location

Pros: This resort is absolutely amazing with the clearest water I have seen in Thailand. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms well equipped. The staff are incredible and very willing to assist. The resort provides free ice and drinking water on the beach. Breakfast provided a great selection with good quality of food. Adults only pool and a separate kids pool. Beautiful spa and gym. The restaurants served great food at a reasonable price. The restaurant made my wife`s birthday very special. The resort lights up beautifully at night.

Cons: The breakfast area is a bit small when there are a lot of guests.

Stunning

Pros: Absolutely amazing place! Could not fault it at all. The location is breath taking, the facilities are amazing, the staff went above and beyond for everything for us. We did most of the activities offered on the island and they were all great. Food for breakfast and all the restaurants was perfect. The rooms are very big and spacious and the outdoor shower is a nice touch. Would stay here for a lot longer next time to enjoy everything the island has to offer.

Exceptional

Pros: The location was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and the island had amazing views and landscapes. It felt like being in the maldives. The spa facility was exceptional and their masseuse Aye was splendid. The staff was very helpful and the resort kept up with its luxury status with small gestures and tokens every night. The property was very lavish and the rooms were spacious.

Cons: The main beach had visitors , like outsiders coming in from ferries and boats blocking the view so we couldnt have privacy at the beach.

Great getaway

Pros: Attentive, friendly staff and service. Good food.

Cons: Too many daytrippers in the day
