Smile Boutique at Saiyuan

Pros: The room is comfortable and well equipped. Coffee and tea available both in the room and lobby. Staff were very nice and helpful. Small swimming pool is an advantage.

Cons: Cleanliness could be better in the room. I also spotted a large cockroach walking along the pool, in the evening the floor of lobby and stairs were covered in small fly-like insects. Location is not far from shops and restaurants, but the narrow road has no space for pedestrians, so walking is a bit scary due to intense traffic.

Overall I felt welcome and taken care of. What more could you ask for?

Pros: Pat was the absolute best Always happy, warm and welcoming whenever I interacted with her She always made sure that I was okay and if I ever needed anything from her; she was reachable via whatsapp. I arrived around 3pm and by 5pm I had already rented a scooter (provided by Smile Boutique), exchanged money to Thai Baht and filled my fridge with food and water.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and amazing aircon. Nice little touches to the place - ice and popcorn maker in reception.

Cons: Pool was sadly in the shade in the afternoon. Not hotel fault, but building next door was noisy.

Comfortable quiet stay on a budget.

Pros: We (couple) really enjoyed our stay here for just over a week. Standard double room, about 1000 TBH/night booked on agoda from Dec. 2, 2024 - Dec. 11, 2024. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable. Good security and safe. The hotel is a little further from the action 100m from The Cult gym. The ladies running the hotel are wonderful ❤️ so kind & attentive while speaking English very well. We would stay here again.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that our rooms window looked into another neighboring buildings room, so we had to close the blinds for privacy.
