Very helpful from every staff

Pros: Great place to stay, the staff is the best and they want you to have the best stay possible. They are always here to help. We really like the pool and the room was perfect.

Pros: The resort is situated in a pleasant area and the staff were very helpful. The room was a good size with a kettle and microwave, the room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was freshly cooked.

Cons: Overall the stay was comfortable but I do think it was a little bit over priced for the facility's and standard of the resort.

Lovely hotel but some small negatives

Pros: Beautiful room, nice bed, great shower. Soft fluffy towels every day and good wi fi. Pool just a couple of steps away. Fabulous breakfast best I have had in Thailand.

Cons: None of these are major issues. Don't ask people not to put paper in the toilet if the bin next to it has no lid. Have to order breakfast the day before and the time you want to eat it. Contrary to other reviews receptionists not as welcoming as other hotels. Command of English not great. Had to leave early so we couldn't have breakfast but no offer of a take away option. They advertise a shuttle bus to the beach which doesn't actually run. Don't use their taxis Bolt are way cheaper. The beds by the pool need to have pads on as they are very hard.

Very good price and quality relation

Pros: Clean rooms with small kitchenette. Veeery large bed. Everything is quite fresh and “European” sttle. Friendly staff and there are no problems they can not solve!

Cons: You can’t make the bedroom dark! The light comes from the bathroom early in morning, as there is glass door.

Pros: For the price really can’t complain, down a quiet street with restaurants nearby, not far from Main Street too. Staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. Accommodating and flexible.

fantastic, intimate, lovely resort.

Pros: Everything. Jin & the staff were there when we arrived & helped us settle in immediately. The pool was really refreshing & the location was really good. We are planning another stay & would recommend Phu NaNa to friends.
