Perfect stay in Thailand

Pros: The property is clean modern. It has a beautiful smell as you walk into the lobby. The rooms are spacious tidy with a small balcony towels and robes and slippers provided the pool area is great with a pool bar and some floaty to use front desk staff attentive and helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked beautiful and well presented in a good location in Phuket. I would recommend this Hotel.

Very pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing hotel

Pros: The breakfast was exceptionally good, with a specific highlight being the banana bread cakes. The pool was great too, with lots of space for relaxing in the sun, and the towel service was convenient as well. The amenities were great, and the slippers were greatly appreciated. The gym was also complete and helpful.

Cons: The location was not the best. We did travel by car which made it more convenient, but access to the hotel felt hard if we had to just walk to the old town for instance. Another aspect was that the stretchers by the pool were limited, and they quickly became unavailable especially in the afternoon.

Generally good but not great

Pros: The housekeeping team deserves a huge well done for keeping the bathroom sparkling clean. It’s quite rare to maintain such a high standard. The pool area is generally good with clean water. Cool big bean bags to float Shuttle to 3 major places in the area

Cons: Pool flooring and rim are pretty much a rough sandpaper - multiple injuries while swimming underwater and when sat on it with knitted swim trunks in jacuzzi they got damaged. - pool bar: would be nice if customers could place orders from their sun beds (plus coffee should be served all day) instead of running all the time to the bar. - Hotel announces that they prefer card payment but required cash deposit (luckily I had some in foreign currency, which is very rare for me). Also paying by card for breakfast and room service food orders was somewhat an issue, there was never card machine available and I felt a bit uncomfortable. Also, when we would ask to bill it on the room so we can pay at the checkout it looked as if staff was suspecting us of cheating or something. Once I stood at the hotel reception where I was taken to pay for breakfast and waited for 5 minutes before they discuss something about my breakfast bill and I wouldn’t be allowed to have my breakfast first until I paid. That wasn’t end of the world but I couldn’t understand why paying for breakfast is such an issue. - Shuttle takes to the mall, Old Town and Market, but never picks up back. Also, considering the hotel is quite away from the sea it would be great if they had shuttles going to a beach and back. - breakfast: all great, but would be great if they made poached eggs (team got very confused when I asked for them, seems like they never heard of them). More fruit would be nice, also Muesli and fat free, dairy free options. More tea options would be great and sweetener for those who do not consume sugar (I had my own). - no wardrobe in the rooms, having clothes lying about was a bit of inconvenience, chairs in the room or balcony would be great too. I think generally the hotel is great, just lacks few small operational details that could make our stay perfect. The competition on the island is high, very high and small things can make a massive difference.

Very high quality residence for a good price

Pros: The pool, staff kindness and rooms were pretty. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: Location was pretty bad, have to take taxi anywhere. Luckily taxis are cheap but still.

Pros: It was clean, the porter and staff were friendly and informative.

Cons: You were unable to smoke on the balcony - which wasn’t a problem, more of an inconvenience when you are staying on the top floor, but I also understand that they may not want there rooms to be at risk of smelling of smoke but they can smell of a lot worse sometimes.

Pros: The pool is excellent,the staff was nice and helpful.

Cons: Basically I relied on taxi for transport. It would be great if the hotel could provide more shuttle services to popular areas. I stayed for 5 nights and the bedsheets hadn’t been changed during my stay.

Amazing staff, heartfelt service, and a very pleasant stay — we truly felt taken care of.

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing — everyone was genuinely happy, smiling, and very welcoming throughout our stay. Service felt sincere, not forced. We ordered food and drinks (fries, wraps, nuggets, cocktails), and during service one nugget accidentally fell on the ground. We told them it was totally fine and not a problem at all, but they still brought us a whole new plate for free, which was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture. Cleanliness was excellent, staff worked happily, and there was no language barrier — communication in English was very easy. Overall, everything felt warm, professional, and lovely.

Cons: The location is good for Phuket Old Town, but the beaches are quite far. You usually need to take a taxi, which can take around 30–40 minutes or more depending on the beach. That said, the hotel offers free shuttle services to the mall and Old Town, which is a great bonus and very convenient.

I’ve stayed here twice and I’ll be back.
