great accomodation in quiet area

Pros: The room was beautiful and very spacious, with a charming balcony. The staff was helpful and contacted us even before our arrival. We really appreciated that the accommodation is located in a quieter area, away from the noisy city center, yet it is still only about a 15-minute walk away.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Would stay again!

Pros: Super clean rooms, smells great, you will not find bigger for the money. The beds were so comfortable and there was a smart flat screen TV. Sits above a delicious Italian restaurant and just a few minute walk to the shops

Cons: No pool however the restaurant/hotel has access next door for 200 baht which is very reasonable

Pros: Room was a great size and very bright. The bathroom was modern except for the shower. This accommodation was a very good 3 star establishment. The accommodation is located near the end of Soi Nanai 2 and is an area where locals live, eat and shop. It was very safe to walk and I never felt in danger at any time. It takes approximately less than 10 minutes to walk to busy Nanai Rd or about 20 minutes to Jungceylon shopping centre. If you like playing pool, I recommend Champs Bar, on Nanai Rd, on Monday nights. Ask for Pete. Also on Nanai Rd, Palm View and Quenchers provide a great breakfast.

Cons: Very firm bed. Location a bit out of the way, but quiet. Shower was a bit dated and the water only lukewarm. The pool area is quite small. The restaurant could be busy, but due to the location, it was not, even by guests. Perhaps if the owners offered a discount to guests, it may get used more. I believe most guests, like me, walked to nearby Nanai Rd for food and drink.

Pros: Big modern clean rooms. Nice quiet and super friendly Thai neighbourhood, just ten minutes walking from all the hustle. The staff is really helpful and the owner, Mario, is such a nice and friendly person, he makes you feel at home. I loved my stay there and will definitely go back

Pros: The location and the rooms are great. All supermarkets are nearby and it is easy to go to the beach. The owner and the staff are very friendly. Great Italian food. Thanks

Very pleasant stay

Pros: The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean. It had netflix on the tv so that was a plus! They give you two bottles of free water everyday as well. Frank the owner was very nice and was always there to help. The location was good as it is just off the main strip but there are still lots of shops and bars within walking distance.

Cons: There was construction outside my room on the hotel so was woken up at 9am every morning with drilling, banging and sawing. It was very annoying as it would last all day so it wasn’t very relaxing. It would have been nice to let me know beforehand there was some construction going on.
