Better View Koh Yao Yai

Pros: The place is exceptional! It was the perfect welcome to Thailand after our arrival from the airport. Great hospitality from first to last moment. Food and atmosphere at the restaurant are perfect. The activity ground is so lovely and just everything is made with love. We loved the personal cozy atmosphere and felt like in paradise. The trip to LaemHaad Beach is not far and worth it. Thanks for the great time!

Great view

Pros: The view was beautiful and the entire settling was perfect. The staff were really helpful - they helped us to sort transportation.

Cons: Nothing major, but it might be a good idea to clear the pool of leaves and bugs throughout the day. At times, it felt like the maids only made the beds instead of cleaning the room.

Pros: Very Nice Place, we stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much! Jerome gave us very good hints where to go and what to see!

Betterview has everything and more

Pros: The betterview way exceeded our expectations , from the moment we arrived and were met warmly by Jerome this place is a slice of heaven , breathtaking. The care that Jerome has for his boutique hotel can be felt throughout the property, the small touches of detail ensure that you don’t want for anything, the bungalows are so well equipped, large and authentic with amazing views. Staying in Koh Yao Yai is the ideal location for trips and also 30 minute speedboat to krabi, Phuket the ferry service is excellent we hired a scooter from Jerome and visited elephant beach well worth the trip. After a days island hopping the betterview is the perfect place to come back to to unwind in tranquil beauty we will definitely return. 100% recommend

Cons: Nothing couldn’t fault it

Pros: This was such an amazing little hotel. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a few quiet days just chilling under the palm trees and listening to the waves. The beach is not great for swimming, but you can do lovely long walks in the sand. Food and drinks were exceptional and the staff were really friendly. The bungalows are slightly worn out but they’re very spacious, comfy, and well equipped.

Fantastic value for money, great accommodation and great host and staff

Pros: The host Jerome was very welcoming and helpful with where to go on the island as we rented a motorcycle from him, once checked in our room was lovely and the pictures don’t do it justice, all staff very friendly and Jerome organised our ongoing trip to the next island with a taxi, boat taxi all on time even when we landed in Koh Phuket a taxi was waiting to take us to the airport!

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Relaxing stay on a still unspoiled island

Pros: Nice room with bathtub. Nice pool. Good fresh fish in restaurant. Easy atmosphere. Rent bike in hotel. Walk at low tide one hour to the special sandbank.

Cons: No beach. No swimming in the sea. But no problem. Can rent a bike and drive to nice beaches.
