Hotel IKON Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

A spot to return!

Pros: I liked everything. The staff, the cleaning, the food. The availability to help. It was the second time that my family chose this hotel and on a next return to Phuket we will stay there again.

Pros: Everything was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options every day.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Location very good, walking distance to alot of things. Very modern, big rooms and good breakfast.

We got what we saw on the pictures. The room was comfy and clean. The restaurant was very good, so the breakfasts.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice and always helpful.

Cons: The hotel is a little bit far from the beach, BUT they offer regular free transport to the beach.

Great hotel will definitely visit again.

Pros: Great location , all staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean , food and drink around the pool and restaurant was very good and not expensive.

Pros: It was very clean and modern , ideal location in Karon Beach area, no noise and had a seven 11 and coffee shop right next door. Room was spacious and clean with all modern amenities. Peter the front desk manager was especially professional and kind. Would highly recommend and stay again. By far the nicest part of Phuket we thought.

Pros: Great location turn right Karon Beach turn left Kata beach.Both easy walkable.

Cons: No public bar area but looks like they are doing one.Pool mostly in shade.

Cons: We have to change elevators 3 times to reach our room. I understand the way to build the other buildings is limited and structured but it took time to memorise the way from our room to the lobby and we are only 3 days there. Breakfast was very good in general but we had to rush as it closes 10 30 am. Comming in from a different time zone (Europe)we missed it on the first night. We had to rush to every day not to miss it I would have more trained security below at tge street level instead of the ones that barely said hello to us each time we entered and exited. It also gives a bad first impression that the floor mat was covered in a white towel that is almost black in filth

Perfect location with a good breakfast to set you up for the day

Pros: Hotel was perfect for our stay. The road can be noisy if you are in one of the front rooms but both roads where the hotels are in Karon have a fair amount of traffic, so that would be likely the same for any hotel in the area. The staff couldn't do enough for you. A big thanks to Henry and his manager Mr Peters

Pros: Fair price, clean and nice, quite and no kids around
