Thavorn Palm Beach Resort Phuket

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, very good landscape and garden, near the beach, good variety breakfast. Very good family hotel especially which has small children

Cons: Rooms are a little old but in good condition, a little walking distance to center, no facilities on the beach

Pros: Beautiful resort in a nice location. Area is not too busy and very family friendly. Breakfast was amazing, staff are exceptional.

Cons: We were very happy with our stay, nothing negative from our experience.

We loved Thavorn Palm Beach Resort, would happily stay again as it was so beautiful and relaxing!

Pros: The rooms were beautiful and very relaxing - loved the day beds and balconies with the lovely views. The groovy pool bar was our favorite with great music, friendly staff and tasty food and drinks, and the slides were such fun for young and old! The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection to choose from, but the eggs were sometimes cold which was a shame. The gardens were stunning with gorgeous statues all around and lovely foot paths. The swing was a great touch, and the daily petting zoo was always exciting. The art class was great fun too.

Cons: A fresh egg station would be better - have scrambled eggs always on hand and then have a couple of chefs prepare fresh poached or fried eggs and omelets on request, so that they are served hot, however the breakfast was still amazing. Would be great if the Coffee Talk cafe opened up earlier than 9am, for those early morning activity days so you could enjoy a takeaway cup of coffee for the road.

Great location, lovely staff and very comfy accommodation

Pros: Very comfy room and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Great resort with lovely pools - great location across the road from the beach

Cons: food was expensive (compared with outside) and the buffet style could be a bit cold

Pros: Petting zoo, breakfast, different activities for both adults and kids

Cons: A bit too far from pretty much everywhere

Excellent Family Resort

Pros: Great resort with 3-4 pools, slides, beautiful gardens and good food. Location is perfect for a chilled out vacation, beach is across the road, and location is at a walking distance to Kata beach as well. Special thanks to Mr Adel, and the staff for their warm and smiling hospitality. Even allowed us to use the hotel facilities as we have a late evening flight 🤗

Cons: Nothing, everything was good

Pros: Everything. Team members were very helpful. Especially the front desk team. They helped us to Book grab.

Cons: Nothing actually. A little noisy of the construction of the ballroom in our first day 2 days. But no big deal as we were in the pool area.

Pros: The staff were so helpful and friendly, even when we had a few hiccups of our own making to figure out.

Cons: Finding the airport shuttle to the hotel was tricky - it was outside the main airport exit Anne right around the corner.

Amazing

Pros: Location is amazing and the gardens/facilities are just BEAUTIFUL. Pictures don’t do justice

Cons: The only thing I can say was that our bathroom was out dated compared to the room my parents had.

Pros: Everything was great. Staff are super friendly and professional. They would do anything for you to make you feel comfortable.The hotel complex is beautiful with multiple swimming pools and restaurants facilities. The food was amazing, and the breakfast selection was huge. The view from the room was fabulous. The hotel ground + gardens are well kept and beautiful.. Beach was just cross the road. The beach bag and beach towels given to guests were very handy and thoughtful. The same goes for providing an umbrella and torch for every room..

Cons: Everything was perfect.I would like to visit someday again. Thank you for everything and for making my stay so special and memorable.
