Pros: Комфортный номер в большом доме. Смарт ТВ. Кухня общая на первом этаже, гостинная тоже. Тихий район, рядом лес. Удаленно от жилых районов, желательно иметь байк или авто. Хороший вариант за свои деньги.

Cons: Рядом ремонтируются пару домов, иногда было шумно.
