Niece Hostel Phuket - Bangtao Beach

Defo recommend

Pros: Eve was fantastic and messaged on WhatsApp prior to arrive to give all ways to get to hostel include most expensive taxi or cheapest public transport routes. Throughout the stay she recommended areas to visit and send pack with lots of useful info to get the most out of your stay

Cons: A little out the way for nightlife however bolt and grabs were always available

Pros: It's a lovely small and quiet place. Not a lot of people. It's clean in the rooms and dorms. If the location fits you then you should stay here!

Pros: The dorms are really comfortable and modern. Bike rental was available, and way better priced than most motorbike agencies around town. Really appreciated the free snacks and drinks in the kitchen. The lady at reception is also super helpful, kind and responsive to any questions you could have.

Cons: Still some noise pollution from the street, especially with the 9 am radio announcement, but all manageable. Not a social hostel, more for enjoying some quiet relaxed time for yourself.

Really reccomend affordable and so comfortable

Pros: We had an amazing stay. We absolutely loved this hostel - it was such a beautiful place and a really lovely experience. such a great job done with everything. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms and showers were so well designed. We also really appreciated the little touches like the umbrellas, beach bags, and soaps — they made our stay even better! And the coffee... honestly some of the best we've ever had. Great location too near the night markets and 7/11 Really recommend! Felt at home

Pros: We had the double room with shared bathroom and we were super happy. The room was clean, the bed cozy, the shared facilities super fine. Communication was excellent and the hostel was so well equipped with everything you could think of - ranging from toiletteries to beach towels and snacks for guests in the kitchen.

Pros: Staff was very nice, everything super clean. I only stayed one night but I had a great time, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was working great.

A well-equipped hostel with great service, but the comfort level depends on the type of room you choose.

Pros: The shared dorms were well-equipped, offering good amenities that made the stay comfortable. The hostel provides great services, including a kitchen, bathrooms, and small spaces to relax or work. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: The air conditioning in the dorms was too strong, making it uncomfortable at night. The private rooms with large beds were disappointing—the mattress was too hard, and although there was air conditioning and an air purifier, the ventilation was poor, making the room feel stuffy. Additionally, some showers had low water pressure and drainage issues

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at Niece Hostel, it was perfect for me. The Location was great for me to base myself in Phuket. The area and the beaches just perfect. The Hostel layout is great and all the staff are just so nice and friendly.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
