Pros: The comfortable room, friendliness of the owner and delicious varied breakfast were standout features of my stay here. I rented a bike from her and booked a day trip kayaking from reception. This place will always be a highlight memory of spending my 23rd birthday on Ko Yao Yai. Thank you!

Beautiful island beautiful accommodation

Pros: Everything was perfect, the room was spotless well furnished the bed was comfortable the lighting had a good ambience, breakfast was enjoyable the host went out of her way to be helpful and kind renting scooter with easy a taxi to the airport was also arranged would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏

Warm-hearted and friendly bungalow in Koh Yao Yai

Pros: Nice and cozy set of bungalows in a garden. My bungalow was spacious and gave views to the garden. The owner is a lovely lady with her family that also tends to the minimarket on the street side. She was very patient and helpful with me, even when I managed to lose a key for the rented motorbike and she had to call a locksmith and come pick me up. She also provides pick-up from the pier at a very reasonable cost, rents cheap scooters for guests, and includes a complimentary local breakfast plate daily. The place is located on the main road of the island, so about a 5min ride to the northern village and 20min to the south. Overall this is a great value place, if you are looking for a modest, cost-effective and kind-hearted local place to stay at.

Cons: The property doesn't have a pool or access to a beach, but there are plenty of pretty beaches all over the island, so rent a scooter and discover them all!

A perfect stay to end our travelling around Thailand

Pros: All the staff were so lovely and helpful! Was greeted with a snack and a drink when arrived. Room was perfect and there so many lovely restaurants near by we enjoyed.

Pros: Best owner ever! Really she took care about us and about everything - she made everyday delicious breakfast and drove us from the pier and to the trip. She is so nice and she cares so much about the place 🩷 You have everything at the place - breakfast, water to drink and fully equipped shop. The bed was really comfy and we slept like babies all 6 days. You can rent the scooter and buy the all day trip at the property. It is full service 🫶 Definitely we will be back again when we will be at Koh Yao Yai.

Highlight of my trip so far

Pros: Really helpful staff who picked me up and took me back to the pier on my departure. For a small fee of course but that's fine. They threw in a free breakfast so can't complain. There was a scooter there waiting for me to hire which I did for the day and went out to Laem Had beach. I would say that was the highlight of my stay. Had an excellent meal just down the road at the Seaside Restaurant. The food was outstanding and it came with the most amazing view.

Cons: It is right on the main road so it was a struggle to get much sleep with trucks and scooters passing constantly.

Pros: The host was extremely great! The place was perfectly clean. Host offered good price for taking us from and to the port. Scooter was also fine, she has a shop with everything you need next to the place. We also had free breakfast and great Santa Claus gifts during our check in. 9.9/10
