Pros: Small friendly family run resort. Staff were very pleasant. You can order snacks and a variety of drinks at reception during the day. Nice pool area. Location is a short drive from a beach and local waterfall.. Very quiet location with easy access to restaurants, etc.

Cons: I would suggest car hire given its distance from the airport and it is located a 5 min drive off the main road.but scooters are available to hire locally. Unfortunately for us we went in high season and the congestion on the main island roads was extremely busy.

Pros: The amazing welcome from staff and the room which was even better than the photos. Nothing was too much., free tuk tuk to the shop and air conditioning was very good.. great place to relax and unwind after a busy Bangkok. Although isolated it's what I wanted and definitely worth every penny. Pool area is lovely and snacks can be purchased during the day. This is definitely a hidden gem and you won't regret booking it. The beds are so comfy and everything you need is there.

Pros: I was looking for a secluded place that’s was quiet from the busyness of the city and I found that with Tropical Oasis Aoyon Beach House. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I felt very safe for my first time in the area. Beautiful and peaceful location. Would definitely recommend!

Nice apartments for relaxing next to the jungle

Pros: Very nice enviroment, next to the jungle. You can really relax here and have a little bit of noise-free, crowd-free vacation.

Cons: We knew it, while booking that its a bit far, but it is only a bad thing, because Tuktuks schedule is non-existent (or maybe the communication about it is not easy). Hard to find a Grab or Taxi around, so you need to have your own vehicle to move freely. Also we were missing the mosquito-net from the windows.
