Pros: The staff demonstrates exceptional kindness and a high degree of accommodation. The location offers convenient proximity to the beach, with excellent accessibility to transportation, dining establishments, night markets, and a 7-Eleven convenience store.

Cons: While mosquitoes are present, your villa is equipped with screened doors to prevent their entry. Additionally, a complimentary mosquito repellent coil is provided for your convenience should you choose to utilize it.

Pros: Great hospitality. Nothing was trouble to help with or solve or assist.

Pros: When we arrived, we felt very welcomed. The hotel owner greeted us and gave us all the information and advice about where to go and where to eat. We also rented motorbikes directly at the hotel, which was very convenient — everything in one place. The location was perfect, close to the main street, the beach, and the night market.

Cons: Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed during check-out and when returning the motorbikes. Even though I had videos from when we received the motorbikes, the staff member wanted to charge us for damage we did not cause. He walked around the bikes looking for marks and did not want to listen, even after I showed him the videos proving the damage was already there. He kept repeating “calm down,” and it was impossible to have a proper conversation with him. He wanted us to leave our luggage in the waiting room and continue discussing the motorbike issue, but I told him we had to leave because we had a transfer to the port and were departing. Luckily, the driver arrived earlier than the scheduled pickup time, so we were able to finish the argument before leaving.

I would stay here again. Location was perfect for me and ticked all my boxes

Pros: Everything was good. Hot shower comfy bed location perfect short walk to beach and all the shops best Thai restaurant opposite I’ve ever eaten and a cafe for morning breakfast next door. ATM down the road. What else can you want

Cons: The bar next door had loud banging music but they switch it off at 12 which is fine but you want an early night then best put white noise on loud

Comfortable, all mod cons, conveniently placed for the strip!

Pros: Location great. Staff great, very helpful. Room exceptionally clean. Spacious with all amenities like a hotel including kettle, fridge, beach towels and minibar.

Cons: Noise from bar in front of villas. Couldn’t sleep before midnight.

Great stay and good value for the money!

Pros: Stayed here with my partner for two nights. The location was excellent, close to both beaches and restaurants. Our room was spacious with two double beds, large bathroom with the sink outside the bathroom with provided new toothbrushes and toothpaste. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were perfect thickness. The room had a good air conditioner, tv and a minifrdge with free botteled water every day and free noodles. There was also other drinks and nuts in the fridge which was nice (extra fee, but reasonable price). The staff was really helpful and friendly and showed us the room when we arrived and they even gave us a welcome fruite plate. They also offer a laundry service for a good price, which we used and it came folded and clean the same day and also without perfume, exactly like we asked for, so that was great! Over all a nice stay, would definitely come here again!

Cons: There is a bar really closed to the hotel so if you go early to sleep you could hear the bass from the music, but we had no problem with it since we went late to sleep.

Pros: Very good location to visit Krabi; close to the beach, but just a bit outside main crowds. Very pleasant and helpful personnel and manager. Got good bookings for local tours.

Everything exceeded our expectations

Pros: We stayed at Pagi Pagi Villas in Krabi for New Year’s Eve and it was truly an amazing experience. The place itself is very charming, well maintained, and in a great location: close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, but at the same time away from the chaos, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the holiday. What really made the difference, though, were the people working there. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. As part of their New Year’s tradition, they organized a wonderful celebration with a special dinner, free massages during the day, and a final lottery in the evening. The New Year’s dinner was probably the best meal we had during our entire stay, absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Everything was thoughtfully organized and created such a warm, festive, and joyful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to welcome the New Year. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Location is great! Staff were reallt friendly, accommodating and welcoming - service was excellent.

Cons: It is a little basic but you get what you pay for. The path to the villas at the end could do we resurfacing, they are not flat and you could fall/roll your ankle here.

Pros: Location was perfect , close to night market, restaurants and shops. It’s not a hotel it’s a ground floor villa which is really nice, direct access to your room with a nice outdoor seating area

Cons: U can hear the bass from the nearby bars, up until 11pm which is a little annoying , but I was out most of the time.
