Overall, it’s an acceptable option if location and price are your priorities.

Pros: The biggest advantage is the location — the hotel is situated on a relatively quiet street. For Patong, where nightlife is usually very lively, this is quite rare and definitely a plus. Breakfast is included in the room rate. It’s simple — two eggs, toast, and bacon — but it’s nice to have it included. There is also an elevator, which is convenient.

Cons: As for the downsides, the room was dark and lacked proper lighting. Our window faced a wall, so there was no view at all. The furniture and bedding felt quite old and worn.

Pros: Very friendly helpful staff. In a very convenient location. Large room.

Cons: Very hard bed. Took the key out when leaving the room. This usually turns of power to lights etc but not the fridge. Here it turned off the fridge also so our milk, fridge items were hot. Not safe when we returned after a day out.

Pros: I liked that the staff were very helpful and always answered every question. The room was nicely cleaned every day. I didn’t order breakfast because I’m used to having only coffee in the morning and eating my first meal around noon, but judging by the smell when I walked past the kitchen, it seemed excellent. Everything is within walking distance — shops, restaurants, massage salons, and Bangla Road nightlife — yet the hotel is located on a very quiet dead-end street.

Cons: Everything was great overall. My only suggestion would be that the minibar fridge should stay on even when the guest is not in the room — that way the beer would always be cold.

Pros: Very clean, great location and friendly staff with good breakfast every morning. Price good and big bed very good and big room perfect for me because I like small hotel and guesthouse like this
