Lovely people, lovely place

Pros: Great staff! Free snack food and water, awesome location and lovely people!

Cons: The wifi was not great. Only had around 1-2 mb/s but for my short stay this was not a problem

Exceptional value for money.

Pros: Very pleasantly surprised at what on offer for such a cheap overnight stay. Toiletries a bonus. Bottles of water in room. Drinks/ cakes/ noodles ( free) on corridor.

Cons: For £20 no complaints!

Pros: The host was super friendly and kind. I stayed only one night but I recommend this place if you want to be close to airport and have a good night sleep. She also picked me up from the airport for free.

Pros: An easy, nice place to stay close to the airport. The room was simple but had everything you'd need (aircon, a fridge, free water, warm shower) and was very clean. The free airport pick up was a bonus. There is a 7-11 right next door which is great if you need to get a Sim card or any supplies. I would definitely stay here again if flying into/out of Phuket.

Cons: There was a bit of noise at night but nothing too bad at all.

Great place to stay near airport before or after your flight

Pros: The host Pui is fantastic. Great communication, picked us up for free from the airport and was extremely helpful and friendly. Free tea, coffee, milo and snacks are provided. Lovely simple, clean., large room, good shower, free water, fridge, good aircon and we could even mirror stream our downloaded shows to the TV. Very comfortable stay, excellent price especially in high season... much cheaper than anywhere else, esp with free airport pick up. Oh and there's a 7/11 next door if you need any other food/ drinks.

Cons: The stairs. Our room was on top floor, so up 3 flights. But Pui was great... she stored all our big lggage in her office on ground floor and we just took up what was needed for the night. While the free tea/coffee was great, and certainly appreciated, the stick and snack station is on the ground floor and only small paper cups were provided. It was difficult to carry up 3 flights stairs as cups become very hot with the water inside and you could easily burn yourself. I had to use two and then carry by the brim of the cup as the paper handles are flimsy. Also the cups are quite small so they're only good for a few mouthfuls. I would suggest providing real coffee mugs for guests so that it is easier and safer to carry up stairs and doesnt require at least 2 cups for the equivalent of one normal cup of tea. Oh and maybe include some sugar sachets. Then it would be perfect :)

Pros: The host was very friendly. Supplied tea, coffee, noodles,cookies complimentary. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Location was 15 to 20 minute walk to beach.

Cons: Room size would be only thing to mention.
