Practically on the beach and walking distance from the airport

Pros: Clean room very close to the sea. The beach is very nice: less crowded than Kata and Karon beach, it has restaurants, fresh fruit stand, SUP rental. Possible to have breakfast on the beach in one of the nearby restaurants.

Cons: A bit of sewage smell from time to time.

Renovated, Great value for money right on teh beach and easy access to restaurants

Pros: Its an older style beachfront resort which the rooms have been recently upgrade and renovated so it feels like new. Its very clean, tidy and comfortable with direct access to the beach at one end and to the restaurants and shops at the other end. We were expecting a budget stay but we were very pleasantly surprised. Its great value for money compared to the more luxurious resorts across the road which do not have direct beach access.Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Cons: All good. Nothing to not like.

Brilliant stay

Pros: Absolutely amazing location! Staff were great, room was fantastic - bathroom a little dated but absolutely nothing we could complain about! Loved this place. Fantastic value for money and would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: Location right on the beach. Modern, very clean room with big bed and nice bathroom. Sun loungers, bottled water restocked each day, terrace to chill out on, quiet area

Heart of NaiYang on a budget

Pros: The small boutique hotel on the beach. A few steps from your room you are on the beach. Do not stay here if you cannot tolerate the sand. It is a large room with a tv, coffee, fridge, AC & your own bathroom. House keeping is done everyday. If you are use to 5* do not stay here. It is a 2* but pleasing. We have now stayed here 3 times. Will come back.
