Pros: The host and all the staff were incredibly kind, which made our trip truly pleasant. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and we didn’t feel anything was lacking. The price was also very reasonable and satisfying.

Cons: There was nothing disappointing at all. It was a delightful and pleasant trip.

Pros: Quiet except for little noise when someone uses stairs.

Cons: Stairs, difficult to up & down with luggage.

Pros: The property was clean and the fridge of drinks and the snacks downstairs with the trust box were a nice addition. The staff were really lovely and welcoming as well. I thought our room (front room with a balcony) was good value for money. The room was spacious enough and also had helpful amenities; extension lead; fridge; hairdryer; towels; etc.

Cons: Note that the bed is firm which can be typical in Thailand.

Pros: We had a great stay, the room was immaculate, the facilities were incredible! Everything described via WhatsApp including clear videoclips was perfect. Best room we had in whole of Thailand, great value for money! Would rate it 11 poins if possible.

Pros: I booked 6 nites last minute after being robbed at Chalong Lake As a pensioner I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff Without a car the only site is a nice lake There is a small drinks shop at the top of the road and 2 Western style coffee shops

Pros: Позднее самостоятельное заселение и дружелюбный персонал подробно расписавший как именно попасть в номер. Расположение неподалёку от марины и Российского консульства. Район активно застраивается, но строительного шума не было. Отличная кровать и большое зеркало около неё. Хорошая новая сантехника, сильный напор воды, приятная атмосфера.

Cons: Номер делюкс не совсем такой как на фото (оказался меньше, чем на фото, 1 кресло вместо двух). В номере есть чайник с английской вилкой, которая не подходит к местным розеткам. За горячей водой только на 1 этаж, как в хостеле.

Pros: Boutique hotel as the name suggests. Small rooms but that's what's expected. Staff was really nice and welcoming.

Cons: Location may seem a bit far if we consider major tourist attractions but because of that, it's very peaceful.
