Amazing staff, simple accommodation, close to shops and beach

Pros: The best thing was the owner lady - she was very helpful, always with smile! She waited for us even though we arrived late at night (Its guest house, so no 24/7 opening reception). She always reacted me on Whatsapp and she tried to help us in everything (change the room, got some thai spices for our chef friend). Good location with shops and restaurants around, its close to 7-11 shop, short way to beach, to boat port (to Railay Beach, Hong Islands...). Good restaurant and thai massage and laundry just in the ground floor. Good AC, fridge in every room, clean. We got water every day.

Cons: The guest house is close to busy street, with car traffic from morning, better to choose rooms situated on the other site. We have 3 rooms (family with 6 person), in one room there were smells from the restaurant below us.

Pros: Excellent hosts! The room smelled very nice and everything was very clean. Very good location. I forgot my bag with my passport and a lot of money, and they kept it safe and returned everything to me. Very kind people who care about their guests’ well-being. I am very, very, very grateful

Really great place to stay in Ao Nang!

Cons: First two nights i had a room facing the street and that was a bit noisy. Asked to swao to a room facing the back yard an d was super happy. Great place to stay!!!/Bjorn W

Very good quality rate.

Pros: The owner was very kind and always pay attention to the customers. I stayed 3 days then they upgraded me. Beds comfy and not too hard , aircon ok , shower with pressure. The rooms on the street are little bit noisy though. Others are perfect.

It was really a memorable and pleasant stay for us at Haweli

Pros: The hotel was at a very convenient location and in a quite street away from the noise of the Ao nong night life yet very easy walk to the main street and only 10 mins walk to the beach. The staff at the hotel were super attentive, polite and Jenny the manager was very kind and a really nice person !! She went the extra mile to ensure our stay was very comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. The food at the restaurant attached to the hotel was also authentic Indian and delicious !

Cons: The staff, ambience and the location are a plus

Pros: Staff was perfect! Very helpful, they even carried our luggage and were always very polite. Location is good, near to Ao Nang Beach.

Cons: We have booked two separate rooms, the one was not very clean and especially the bathroom.

Cons: Shower wasn’t great as it would pour around the bath and go onto the floor.

A good stay

Pros: The location was just out of the centre, so it was nice and quiet and out of the way. The room was really spacious and comfortable, with lots of room to unpack your things. The air con, kettle, and fridge were life savers!

Cons: The WiFi was quite poor in our room and would drop easily. We also heard children running through the corridor shouting at 1am, which woke us up.

Pros: The way they treat us and it is very easy to commute to near by places to.

I had a great time staying at this guesthouse. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient for me
