Pros: Reviews for this apartment were mixed, so I was hesitant to book. Ultimately, I booked it and was very pleased. The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located. There were some minor issues with the window and the air conditioning remote control, but I contacted them in the chat, and a technician arrived the next day and fixed everything. I'd also like to highlight the excellent rooftop pool with a stunning view, the relaxation area, and the well-equipped gym.

Cons: There is not enough mosquito net on the windows, I like fresh air, but mosquitoes fly in.

It’s was a great stay in our fav apartments/ location in Surin beach. Never disappoints 😀

Pros: Amazing location, wonderful rooftop pool, responsive owners.

Cons: A/C was out of order few times, couple of times there were no water supply and obviously quick refurbishment is needed.

Nice place but no cleaning service

Pros: Nice, comfortable apartment, in a quiet location, but close to everything you need in walking distance, beach, store, restaurants. The room had everything we needed for life. On the top floor is a great pool, gym and cafe.

Cons: Unfortunately in 7 days, there was no cleaning of the room or change of towels.

Clean and best located apartment at Surin Beach

Pros: Very nice, clean and good located apartment at Surin Beach.

Cons: Some facilities could be upgraded like additional towel in the kitchen and baby cot. But just small things.

A good budget option

Pros: Nice, comfortable interior. Within walking distance of the restaurant strip and beach.

Cons: The apartment is in need of fixing. Parts of the bathroom and floor are rotting away and fragmenting.

Ideal but a little dated

Pros: I like everything in this apartment. It has living/kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. There is just amazing infinity roof pool on the top floor and a cafe with not expensive prices! Location is just great too. Reccommend to everyone!

Pros: I liked the arrangement of the apartments, everything is very comfortable and quite clean. Beautiful view from the window. The furniture is dilapidated in places due to dampness, but it's not critical. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Wi-fi is stable. Good location - Surin beach and grocery store in 10 minutes walk, good cafes nearby.

Cons: Cons: No reception, not clear who I had to get the keys from, but they helped me quickly.

Pros: I really liked this apartment. Honestly, when I read the reviews, I was really scared that everything would be bad. But in reality, my stay was almost perfect. The apartment is clean, the furniture is intact, and the WiFi works perfectly. Towels and toiletries are provided. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is great, but it's dirty atm because the park there is being landscaped. A 7/11 and Tops Daily are nearby, a 5-minute walk away. The pool is nice, with good sun loungers with mattresses. I've lived in this area before, so I felt comfortable here.

Cons: The air conditioner is tired and needs to be replaced and the pillows were uncomfortable and too high.
