Pros: The apartment was well positioned very good security 24 hours. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very comfortable good Internet. Would definately return and recommend

3 Week stay at he Title V

Pros: This was just an Apartment rental. I liked the modern, clean and relatively new apartment. It was well decorated and everything worked O.K. It had nice views and was in a convenient location. There were 3 swimming pools not all were always open though. The Apartment blocks were modern and well done, smart and enjoyable to stay, with car parking available. It had a Gym and Jacuzzi but you needed to go to the small office to obtain a key. The room had an electronic lock which had a code to enter, this saved looking after a key. The size of the apartment blocks although 5 stories didn't seem too big. The TV was good being internet connected so we could watch YouTube English films

Cons: I didn't like the fact there was no reception and what substituted closed after about 6:30pm and the staff didn't seem to speak English. I was very worried the owners wouldn't turn up on arrival with the necessary pass keys, but they did turn up even though the plane was late and there was a lot of traffic making us later. I had to frequently use the App to communicate, the owners were nice , Russian but didn't understand English too well. There was no water, Tea, coffee, sugar or welcome fruit etc. I had to buy a Toaster which we thought would have been useful as we liked to make our own breakfast. I had to request a change of laundry which was normally provided the last time I rented an apartment in the Title, there was no cleaning service. The apartment was on the small size especially for 3 people. Because there was no Reception arranging a Taxi to go back home might have been an issue if we didn't have contacts there. The only help was from the owners who lived a long way away so any issue was a problem. There was no onsite restaurant or shops or staff to help with any issue.

Pros: Sehr modern eingerichtet und die Bilder entsprachen der Realität. Es fehlte nichts und wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Кто ищет тихий, не отельный отдых с детьми, рекомендую к заселению.

Pros: Хороший, уютный, тихий кондик. Хорошее месторасположение, в 2-х минутах берег, можно тут же заказать лодку, хоть на пляжи прокатиться, на острова съездить.Понравился вид из окна. Нужно отдать должность тайцам, напротив строиться еще один кондик, но ребята работали достаточно тихо, не нарушали покой. Тренажерка хоть и маленькая, но и народу 2-3 человека, сразу бассейн. Хозяин объяснил подробно как попасть в квартиру, скинул скриншоты где,что находиться. В целом отлично провели время. Брали машину, парковка тут же. Персонал как всегда приветливый. В двух минутах небольшое кафе, готовят вкусно.

Cons: Цена/качество. Бронировали за неделю, видимо в сезон и позднее бронирование сыграло на цену. Достаточно дороговато вышло, но имеем, что имеем.. есть спрос-есть предложение.
