Spotless clean and friendly

Pros: The property is spotless clean and friendly. The bedding was changed every day, still we somehow never felt disturbed, like the cleaning was done by fairies. The host is very nice and welcoming. We rented a scooter for 350 thb/day (high season price) and the location was thus very good for our needs. Stunning view from the rooftop. Bed is standard — not too firm, not too soft, so it would fit all guests.

Cons: The couple of things could be improved to make the place even better: 1) hooks for clothes/bags could be added on the wall near the door; 2) the A/C air flow is pointed directly towards the bed and weren’t able to do anything about it, so got stuffed noses — maybe some cheap a/c screens from Lazada could be added to help with that; 3) the shower water was not draining fast enough. It may also be important for some guests with heavy luggage: this property doesn’t have an elevator, nor somebody to help you to lift it, as it seems to be female owned, and it feels wrong to ask women to help with heavy things :)

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday.

Perfect for anyone looking for an easy place to stay

Pros: Perfect for what I was looking for in a long-stay (30-Days). I would definitely stay again, especially considering the price for places in Rawai these days. It was defiantly worth the price considering the size of the room, cleanliness and location. The owner was very easy to get a hold of if you need anything and there are a couple workers who are always on site. At the same time, it has a more private feel compared to a normal hotel, which I prefer. It's a short scooter ride (5min) down to Rawai. It's about 3km to YaNui or Naiharn beach (5-10min scooter ride)

Cons: Dont have elevator for 4th floor.

Pros: .I like this place a lot. It's simple and clean. Nothing fancy but love the painted floors. And it's very well located - in a quiet side street but close to restraunts and other things in Rawai. Just be ware there are no elevators so if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it yourself in the stairs.

Cons: Take a walk to the closest 7/11 and cafes

Pros: Good price for what it is - just basic accommodation. Family that runs it are local and very nice and approachable. Will help out with a range of things for your stay.

Cons: Bit of confusion regarding whether the room was actually available. Could book on booking.com but was then told it was an automated response and the property was actually full. Was then contacted again saying it was available again and my original booking stands.
