Nice but can be improved
Pros: The one bed flat has everything you need. A lot of drinking provided at check in; People lived there before left some cooking stuff, saved us buying them; The TV can connected to online programs, so we can watch something not in Thai; M A is super helpful, provided a lot of information for us. The location is just next to the Centre shopping mall but it takes about 35 mins walk to the old town, where you can see more local stuff. We are lucky to come cross the Nine Emperor Festival, a lot of good stands selling veg food.
Cons: Beddings are not very comfortable, they are not cotton; The balcony is small and can not really stay there; No hand towels, the bath towels can not changed everyday; The place is cleaned once a week, so no cleaning during our stay;

small but nice condo in peaceful neighborhood
Pros: small but nice condo in peaceful neighborhood. area inhabited mostly by east european (very east) i consider it as a downside. condo is clean, equipped with all basics with a balcony on outside which makes it quiet. all facilities work - wifi, washing machine, all kitchen stuff. bed is comfortable. residency contains a long swimming pool and porly equipped gym (standard in thailand). in the nearest area is 7-11 and two big shopping malls with normal and luxurious brands. condo is located at the end of phuket city so it’s far away from anything which makes it a great place if you have a scooter or car. host is super communicative, i had to change my holidays plan and he was willing to help me with reservation! also a lot of water was provided to the unit so i didn’t have to buy it

Pros: Property was clean, helpful host, great location next to Central. Nice self contained apartment. Easy access.

Pros: The owner was really helpful, and we all ears to our queries.. we were guided very well, And no issues faced whatsoever. Good flat and good location.
Cons: We could not find a nearby restaurant to suit our taste, however it had nothing to do with the property.

Pár napra tökéletes szállás
Pros: Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, ténylegesen volt minden amire szükség volt (sok jól felszereltnek hirdetett helyen nincs elegendő evőeszköz vagy lábas ) itt volt mikro, kenyérpirító, főzőlap, ajándék víz ami elegendő volt 3 napra! Még a kések is élesek voltak, a legtöbb helyen van kés ugyan, de vágni csak élessel lehet szerintem. Nagyon sokat segít Anirut, nemcsak a szoba átadás-átvételnél, nagy köszönet érte! 3 perc gyalog egy nagy bevásárlóközpont, de 7/11 bolt is van 2 percre. A medence is elég jól használható és az utcazaj sem igazán hallható.

Pros: Wohnung sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Bett sehr bequem , Gastgeber freundlich und bemüht, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Wasserkocher, toaster. Gegenüber ist ein großes schönes Einkaufscenter. Kurze Laufzeit zum Naka Markt...7/11 gleich um die Ecke.

Прекрасная квартира и душевным хозяином
Pros: Прекрасная квартира с невероятно приветливым хозяином) Каждый день был на связи и высылал мероприятия в городе, которые можно посетить) Расположение в 5 минутах от огромного ТЦ, рядом так же есть 7 eleven, в 30 минутах пешком главная улица старого города невероятной красоты В квартире есть все необходимое от шампуня до тостера, удобная кровать, в каждой комнате кондиционер, так же гостям оставляют воду в больших бутылках Нам заменили неисправный чайник очень быстро и без лишних вопросов На телевизоре можно подключить ютуб и смотреть фильмы на русском - за это прям огромное спасибо 🙏 На территории шикарный бассейн с красивыми цветами и пальмами, вход по электронному ключу, люди живут адекватные в апартаментах, поэтому было очень тихо днем и ночью, не смотря на то, что мы были в самый Новый год
