Pros: A new and very clean hotel with excellent service from all the staff. The lobby has a pleasant, fresh scent that makes you feel comfortable. I had an issue with my phone, and the team helped me solve it within 30 minutes — I truly appreciate their kindness and cooperation. Also, the housekeeping staff wait near your room to clean it as soon as you leave so they can prepare it for the next guest, which I consider a positive sign of their efficiency and attention to detail.
