Excellent quality apartments

Pros: Apartment was fantastic, just as advertised. Location was perfect for my needs. All levels of communication was excellent. Any questions were answered quickly and effective. Apartment facilities were very good and quality excellent.

Cons: Just the bathroom floor tends to be dusty real quick even after washing it everyday but it's bearable.

Pros: Located perfectly for quick access to Patong Beach and Bangla Road nightlife. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Also laundry facilities in apartment block.Very spacious and well equipped-modernised apartment. Good quality free internet Highly recommended. Gary and Pam absolutely first class always on hand and responded promptly and most helpfully with any request.

Cons: Nothing really it’s great value for money. There is no swimming pool but you can use Hotel pools if discrete, or of course nearby Patong Beach.

Pros: Good location. Nice appartments with a big TV and nice air conditioning. No bugs and ants, however do not leave leftover food in a room, at least keep it in a fridge. When we arrived, the tenant provided us with free drinks in the refrigerator. On the first floor you can find everything you need (Laundry, bar, massage, snacks etc.)

Cons: The building is mature, do not be surprised, however i do not consider it as an issue as appartments are good.

Enjoyed my stay at Patong

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located at the second line of Patong beach. It is like 15 minutes walk to everywhere: the beach, the shopping mall, permanent parties street and hiking to top of Patong's hill. It is far enough so noise from clubs and the stadium would not bother you at night. Other guests seem to value that too, so neighbors are quiet too. Location is just perfect! All room facilities work nicely: hot water flows from shower, cold air flows from the aircon. Fridge cools my beer :) This is the perfect place to spend a month in Patong ! :)

Cons: очень шумный кондиционер, невозможно было спать ночью, очень шумел, а выключить не можешь потому что жарко поэтому если чутко спите, включайте вентилятор, он тоже есть в квартире
