Pros: Location excellent. 3 from sea 10 minutes from nightlife. Secluded and quiet location.

THE CHARM RESORT, good location.

Pros: its a Large 1st. floor Studio with Balcony Subletted from The Charm Resort, good Location.

Cons: if you can not reach the owner, you would not know that the location is The Charm Resort, unfortunatley the barbeque of the Restaurant below the Balcony could result some smoke around.

Cons: Rien à voir avec l’établissement mais les gens qui ne respectent pas la nuit, a6h du matin frappe est n’arrête pas de sonner

Pros: Large and spacious room with kitchenette, mini-fridge. Shower had great water pressure. Great location very close to north end of Patong beach. Great price. Great staff!

Pros: The location is so close to Patong beach and Dolphins circle, 8 minutes from the Patong center and Bangla road. Breakfast was quite good.

Cons: The Balconies are aligned near to each other so you might hear other people, needs more isolation I believe.
