Modern and quiet apartment close to the beach and Bangla Road.
Pros: A very modern apartment in a quiet area, just 7–8 minutes from Bangla Road in Patong and a short walk to the beach. Great location for relaxing while still being close to the busy centre. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, with a perfect view and a jacuzzi on the balcony — ideal for relaxing even when the weather isn’t great. The size is perfect for a couple or a small family. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, and there were two large smart TVs (around 55”). The air conditioning worked perfectly, check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with the agency was excellent.
Cons: The road leading up to the apartment is very steep — walking there, especially the last 200 meters, can be quite challenging. It would also be great if the owners invested a little in basic items like a hoover, mop, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets as was none, no washing powder, not enough bin bags, and more coffee capsules (there were only three for an 11-day stay). Small details like these would make a big difference, as the welcome set felt a bit limited compared to how nice the apartment is. Overall: I wouldn’t rate it less than 10 this time, as I had a fantastic stay — I just hope these small details will be improved, and I’d be happy to come back many times again!

Pros: This flat was lovely and spacious with a super comfy, big bed. The sea view from the balcony and the jacuzzi bath were great. The facilities were good, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Communication with the hosts was quick, and they accommodated our last-minute early/late check-out requests for a fee.
Cons: Workers on the roof of the flat in front were busy all day and into the night, so we didn’t feel comfortable on the balcony. The price was discounted, which may explain it. The air-con kept the temperature cool, but we switched to the fan as we kept waking up with a dry, sore throat. They charge for electricity over a set limit, and although they tried to charge us at the end, it was resolved as we hadn’t exceeded it.
