The Hideout Beachfront

Lovely staff and beautiful beach.

Pros: The property is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous. There is lovely local food place by the beach. The reception staff is lovely and very welcoming. They made an amazing surprise for my mother’s birthday. Very friendly and lovely people!

Cons: There is construction in the area so there is some noise. It’s sometimes hard getting grabs because of the location of the property, but this is not the hotel’s fault and everyone at reception is friendly and offering to help with grabs.

Comfortable and relaxing. Would stay here again.

Pros: Location close to a pristine beach was fantastic. View of Patong bay was also a positive.

Cons: 97 steps to and from the beach, although the property did provide, on request, a shuttle service.

Memories to last a lifetime and a perfect location and absolutely lovely staff , thank you to goody who would always go

Pros: Absolutely stunning location, and everything you need right on your doorstep comfy clean and very friendly

Pros: High quality accommodation and very clean! Private pool directly in the room.

Cons: The pool was a bit cold. No windows with outside view, only daylight was from pool area skylight

Pros: Supportive staff, beach locatiion, a bit away from the crowdy bay (more relaxing), nearby services ( food, massage...) and in time of low tide a walk along the beach takes you to many cute places to eat (with lovely views).

Overall our stay was a positive experience, I feel for the cost of the room though the two items I have previously raise

Pros: It was neat, clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. We had a wonderful view from our unit.

Cons: Two main things, One there was construction happening about 20 meters from our room so we heard this every morning. Secondly there was literally no privacy to our pool area as the stairs to the lower levels wrapped around our pool area and there was no privacy screening to prevent people looking in at us and even starting conversations with us. This also meant we were conscious of keeping our blinds closed for privacy in the rooms particularly at night.

Nice apartment on the beach in quiet area

Pros: We stayed in the apartment on the beach. Beach is 10 meters away, apartment was super clean, three times a day shuttle service to Patong available. Nice beach, no parties, nice and quiet area. Good to swim close to the beach. From a depth of about one meter, there are underwater reefs restricting swimming. There is a beach restaurant open daily 10 - 19 o’clock serving nice food. Patong beach, freedom beach and paradise beach are quite close, hotel is great with a motorbike or a car.

Amazing staff, nice and clean newly built.

Pros: The place was newly built and renovated, rooms were big and nicely designed. The staff we me there was absolutely the best. We had some issues with our a/c, but Goody from the reception compensated and helped us with so many things. She was really the most important factor for our stay. Would really recommend this place. The beach is nice and quiet, only issue being their start being sharp rocks at the bottom not that far out in the water.

Cons: The place is a little isolated, and lays on a hillside which is really hard to walk up. When taking a taxi to anywhere in Phuket, you always have to drive through Patong, which can really increase the travel time due to traffic.

Wonderful stay and great staff

Pros: Goody and hideout team are wonderful and always willing to help

It was a comfortable, lovely place with very good and fast service. Efficient staffs esp frontdesk

Pros: The property has private beach which is clean and private. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons: I didnt get a view in my room since there was no windows at all.
