Patong Central Residence and Apartment

Pros: The location is perfect, and the owner helped us whenever we needed it. The rooms were fine, and the breakfast was adequate.

The staff were the highlight of my stay. The location was just a bonus.

A great hotel in central Patong - GREAT value

Pros: Overall very happy with the stay here, well worth your money. 1. The staff is 10/10, very kind and helpful in all situations. They make you feel very welcomed. 2. Location of the hotel is on a quiet street, no outside noise, you can sleep well. The overall location is very central, short walking distance from the beach. 3. There is a small gym and a very nice pool with a bar on the entrance level - I enjoyed both very much. 4. The beds might feel stiff at first touch, but are actually very comfortable sleeping on. 5. You get 2 water bottles after every room cleaning, very appreciated in the hot Phuket weather.

Cons: 1. The shower area and shower unit needs an upgrade. You cannot adjust the shower head to your height or to any angle. Moreover, adjusting the water temperature to your liking is tricky, the water blender needs replacement. The water pressure is also low (but probably to save water - which is OK). Floor and walls around the shower needs some love :) 2. The walls are thin, you will hear people in the cooridor or from the nearby rooms, BUT its a common thing in Phuket hotels overall. It was not a big issue for me, and there was not much noise at all honestly, but you should be aware if you are sound-sensitive :) Feedback to the hotel - Some rooms have a card to get in, some have a key. I had card. It was tricky to open the door, the cardscanners are not good, you have to have a lot of patience and put the card in a very specific spot to open the door. Needs some checking/replacement :)

Excellent Location in Patong

Pros: A 4 day break in Patong was made even more enjoyable due to the the location of out hotel. Its just off the main street, full of restaurants, clubs and shopping options. This property is good value for money 3-star accommodation but the staff and their service was 5 star level. Would definitely recommend it for a fun break in Phuket.

Cons: We knew exactly what we were going to get at that budget so we had nothing not to like about the place.

Cons: Its an older hotel that needs some TLC but they are working on it. Any problem we had was fixed right away.
