Предложил бы плату за электричество включать в стоимость, а риски порчи имущества урегулировать какими-то специальными м

Pros: Отличный новый комплекс апартаментов с большими общими бассейнами, сауной и спортзалом. Круглосуточная охрана. До пляжа Найхарн минут 10 пешком, до ближайшего магазина и обменников - минут 5. Аппарты в точности как на фото, все необходимое есть. Особенно порадовал матрац с эффектом памяти! Пляж в несезон (июль) был прекрасен, без сильных волн и даже при отливе там все хорошо. Единственное - далековато до него, если у вас проблемы с мобильностью.

Cons: Обратите внимание на депозит - у нас взяли за две ночи 2.000 бат, но при более долгом проживании может быть и 10.000 (так указано в описании на Букинге). При выезде из депозита вычитают плату за электричество, в нашем случае за 2 ночи получилось 500 бат.
