Pros: Lovely clean apartment that catered to all our needs. Location is great and short taxi ride from kata beach and surrounding areas. Smooth check in and check out process.

Cons: Had to carry our luggage up and and down a long set of stairs to get to the apartment. Not fund when you're leaving in the middle of the day in 30 degrees heat!

Good base to explore Kata beach

Pros: Facilities were what you see on the photos...owner was accessible and helpful. Useful having a shop, laundry car rental and massage services and spa onsite

Cons: Challenging to find location when you come from out of area. It's a big complex so knowing where to go and finding your room was challenging. No lifts on site ....room is down several flights of stairs (don't bring lots of bags). Finally, the room is a fair distance from the town.
