Amazing property. Shame about cash deposit+booking.com not delivering free airport taxi as promised

Pros: This property boasts a beautiful location, spacious accommodation, stunning views, and amenities including a great pool, gym, and sauna facility. It is very comfortable and clean, with cleaning services provided every other day. The property is also very secure and private. We especially loved the pool; despite being a shared facility, we had it all to ourselves every time we used it. Our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this property. However, it's worth noting that the property is located on a very steep hill. While we managed it, the walk can be challenging, especially in the heat and if done multiple times a day for meals etc, without a car, taxi, or moped, it might be challenging for some guests. In summary, it's a wonderful property, but the steep hill should be taken into consideration.

Cons: 1. There was no mention of a THB 20,000 (£500) cash deposit required on arrival when booking the property. We were only informed 2 days before departure, which meant THB 20,000 of our spending budget was tied up until 10 minutes before check-out. This significantly reduced our available funds during the trip, and we were left with a substantial amount of unusable currency upon returning to the UK. The alternative was to pay by VISA, which was inconvenient to do upon arrival and would take up to 30 days for the refund. This was very disappointing and should be clearly stated in the booking details/fine print as it may have influenced our decision to book this property. There was no mention of a deposit in the fine print and all I could find was this comment \

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Panoramic Seaview Luxury Apartment. The panoramic views are absolutely gorgeous – waking up to that ocean view every day was unforgettable. The apartment is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything you might need, and there’s even a fully equipped laundry room which made our stay so much more convenient. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are huge, and the apartment itself truly feels perfect. The pool deserves a special mention – it’s stunning, super clean, and offers a splendid ocean view. It was one of our favorite spots to relax.

Cons: The only thing to consider is the location. Because of the steep hill, you will need to take a tuk tuk or taxi to go down to the main road. They are available, but it does add extra cost. Even when we were just 2 minutes away, no tuk tuk would take us for less than 300 baht. Also, there are stairs to access the apartment, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage, young children, or any physical limitations.
